Probably because being dragged around by a beautiful man who wants to spend time with him (even if it's only because Lavellan's bribing him with alcohol and pretty things) is sort of like a dream come true for the elf?
Not that he's forgetting Kanesada in all of this. He turns his head to try to keep the other man in his sight as Jirou pulls him away--]
