[Having completed a few of the squares on his bingo card by now, Lavellan has a small savings tucked away for his eventual (supposed) return trip to Thedas. His own living expenditures are relatively minor--food, a few sturdy outfits, and the occasional small splurge like the kohl he wears around his eyes. The leftover money from his somewhat frugal lifestyle could be spent to improve his living situation back on the station, whenever they get back there, but he's already decided against that. He doesn't need anything fancy. His quarters back in Skyhold haven't left him completely soft. Give him a hammock or a bedroll and a campfire--or the station's equivalent, a tiny berth with a bed and a small living room--and he's perfectly content.
No, aside from a few trips to the VR rooms, most of his spare money goes toward spoiling everyone else.

He's gone swimming in the ocean, explored the beaches, enjoyed the music. Enjoyed the company. And now here he is with Kanesada at one of the markets, trying to decide which of the beautiful jewelled combs would look best in that mass of gorgeous hair.]
